For the Luv of It! Summer Collaboration Show 2009

CMC Entertianment and Gman & Rizk are calling out all Singers, Dancers, DJ’s, Emcee’s, Choreographers and Live Entertainment Acts of all styles! Perform at Fortune Sound Club’s brand new venue that is made for live performances with a brand new stage and an amazing in-house sound system!

When: Thursday, August 20, 2009

Where: Fortune Sound Club, ­ 147 East Pender (Chinatown)

Why: Artists and entertainers alike to come together and collaborate! Create something new, inspire each other and have fun while showcasing your talent to fellow industry professionals!

If you have someone that you would like to collaborate with, just send us your concept along with a video or mp3 of what you do. If you do not have someone you know of to collaborate with, send us your info anyways and we may just have someone to hook you up with to share your talents!

Nuvo-Burlesque Dance Class ~ Vancouver July 18-Aug 8

Nuvo-Burlesque dance workshop begins July 18th – August 8th 10am-11am. TV Towers 233 Robson Street, Vancouver.

This one is for all the fabulous ladies out there that love to dance and get a great workout while living or visiting downtown! And who doesn’t want to save money and learn sassy dance moves that will leave any man (or even yourself!) stunned! The dance style you will learn is based on the Burlesque Beauties Dance group style that i have been developing for the past 6 years.

Burlesque Beauties with Nico from SYTYCDC & The Pinup Saints

Burlesque Beauties booked as the Opening Act.

Hot on the heels of its major foray into the Canadian music scene, the Pinup Saints, featuring Nico Archambault, winner of CTV’s hit show So You Think You Can Dance Canada, will perform in concert to celebrate the release of their widely anticipated sexy-glam-rock music album Golden.

Part dance troop, part band, the Pinup Saints are a mixture of outstanding dance routines and pulsating tracks, spiked with romantically raunchy lyrics and the sultry voices of music producer Raul Jr. and Wynn Holmes. With choreography by Nico and Wynn, the group will be performing a non-stop live show featuring songs from the new album.
