With 7 Chic-A-Boom Room Cabaret shows, 4 corporate events, 3 music videos and countless countless live event shows under my belt, it’s been a GREAT year for Nuvo-Burlesque in Toronto!

I’ve also had the chance to work with the artistic team of Cirque Du Soleil and the fitness team of Reebok International and have become one of the leading instructors of JUKARI Fit to Fly at the amazing fitness club KingWest Fitness!

Ok, enough about Toronto! Now let’s talk about Vancity a bit! Since it has become such a big hit in Toronto, I figured I would bring my Nuvo-Burlesque Performance & Training Group to Vancouver on September 14th! The amazing Rachel Routledge (original member of the group in Toronto!) has moved to Vancouver and will be teaching and directing the group, I will be setting up the shows and sending out my original choreography!

I must say life is amazing and i truly feel blessed to be surrounded by all the wonderful people supporting me and my dreams.

If you’re reading my little blog, just know and find comfort in the fact that with healthy work and lifestyle habits, talent, and persistence ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!

So it’s been a busy past 6 months getting settled and setting up my life here in Toronto! I have to admit i couldn’t be happier! Now if only my family and friends would join me! A girl can dream…:)

Toronto has been welcoming and exciting! I’m partnering and working with some of Toronto’s BEST! Wayne Samuels of Do Dat Entertainment www.dodat.com as my manager , Lindsay Ritter from LR Productions www.lindsayritter.com who i am partnering on my Nuvo-Burlesque Performance and Training Group sessions, not to mention my partner in action on the monthly Chic-A-Boom Room Shows Laura Furtado of DivaGirl Fitness and DivaGirl Entertainment www.divagirlfitness.com I also will be working along side the lovely Michelle Brownlee of Thunderstruck Canada www.thunderstruckcanada.com adjudicating and emcee’ing 4 fabulous weekends throughout April and May in Ontario.

I am busy teaching my Nuvo-Burlesque classes at KingWest Fitness, City Dance Corps, and The National Ballet School. Check out my classes page for all the updated info! Not to mention i’ve just recently become certified with Canfit Pro with my FIS (group fitness) Certification as well as a core/pilates course certification. I’m currently working on being an instructor in a new, exciting and cutting edge workout that is both artistic and functional training based! It’s top secret until mid week, so when i can, i’ll be posting all about it! As much as i love all of the other classes i’m teaching, I have to admit i really do miss teaching jazz and jazz tech! I think i’m going to put the feelers out there to see what i can drum up to get back into teaching that style and discipline again!
